π¦ Shipping & Lost Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the postal carrier, it is no longer in our control.
All orders include up to $100 of shipping insurance. If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier to begin the process.
Once your claim has been submitted, feel free to reach out so weβre aware and can help guide you if needed. After the carrier completes their investigation, weβll work with you on the next steps to make it right.
We recommend starting your claim as soon as possible for the fastest resolution.
π Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The inner packaging
- The damaged item(s)
If items are missing, include:
- A photo of your package
- Your packing slip
This documentation is required for any insurance claim.
Please keep all damaged items and packaging until the claim has been resolved.
π Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

β³ Processing Time
Most orders are processed within our stated turnaround time.
Please note:
- Sample packs and certain items are made to order, which may add additional processing time.
- We always aim to ship as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
β Order Cancellations
We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted as your order has already been reserved and may be in production.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests within this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation before shipment.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
π¦ Combining Orders
Multiple orders placed under the same account may be combined.
Any shipping overages will be refunded after your order has been packaged and weighed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
